Fusebox is a cultural hub based in Austin, TX. We produce a city-wide biennial festival, present performances and exhibitions year-round, host artist salons and conversations, and invest in bold new works at the intersection of art, technology, and community.

We have a very special edition of the Fusebox Artist Salon coming in October! The remarkable choreographer, Deborah Hay, will be leading us through a version of her Performance Club: a community experiment that provides audiences and performers the opportunity to notice how they influence and inspire one another.

Opening this Fall at the Visual Arts Center, Hundred Points brings together 46 projects by sixteen international designers and studios from global design centers to explore how geography, history, and community inform visual and material culture production. The exhibition demonstrates how technological advancements and cultural exchange have shaped conceptual approaches to design, highlighting work that infuses or challenges universal design languages with culturally specific references and motifs.
