Lope Gutiérrez-Ruiz

Lope Gutiérrez-Ruiz is a designer, curator and founder of branding studio and typeface foundry In-House Int’l. His work is driven by a desire to connect people and build a better, more beautiful world — no matter the media or resources. Lope leads groundbreaking creative projects in the arts, education and non-profit sectors. He’s a creative who translates complex, important ideas into irresistibly compelling design that gets results. Lope grew up in the Caribbean, and his studio has been based in Austin and Barcelona for about fifteen years. He’s a recovering journalist and publisher, a Knight Fellow at Stanford, Senior Fellow at TED, has won many awards and has worked on some 500 (adventurous) design projects.
