Now, after twenty years of producing one of Austin’s most beloved arts gatherings, Fusebox is entering a bold new chapter. In 2026 we’ll launch a new biennial festival—a model designed to commission more new work, reach more people, and invest more deeply in artists and audiences alike.

The People’s Pick — each year, members get to vote to help fund one new artist project from a short list curated by the Fusebox team. It’s a powerful way to take part in commissioning new work.
